Today I witnessed a customer be treated horribly. An employee of the store was incredibly disrespectful to a gentleman and basically called him a liar. In the line on the other side of me the young lady at the service desk did nothing but complain about her co worker to a customer who was trying to place an order. It was a hostile and uninviting atmosphere. I will not be returning. Although never of these acts were to me directly I felt shame for these two employees.
Just went in to buy paneling for a remodel job. They can’t sell it to us because they are remodeling their store and it’s bundled up. Wow really! You could have made a sale. With the looks of your empty store you might want to get it down for us. You are remodeling yourself out of business.

My grandfather was a personal friend of the Sutherland family and we’ve always supported this store. But this store is not requiring proper use of masks during this pandemic. We’ll get our supplies elsewhere. If they don’t care about their customers wellbeing, why should we care about their financial viability?

RecommendedI went there as my last resort since I live opposite side of town. After a long day I was exhausted ,hungry and feeling defeated...i never knew it be this hard to find a 37incb solid wood door to replace my sliding doors to my childcare room. I had a parent volunteer to replace my glass doors and was available this weekend 27 June. At both hard ware stores near me couldn't help me. At sutherlands half hour before closing the sweetest nicest (angel) helped me find every item in my list ....even made some very smart suggestion... read more
Recommendedthey usely have a lot of unusual corlors and things but not a lot this year ...people dont always want the walmart flowers we want something different...this year was kinda disappointing but its still a great place to shop for all of your everyday flowers just didnt see anything unusual or new ...this is my opinion only ...but i still like going here looking .....i bet the older lady retired .....
