It’s dirty and it’s the worst customer service I have experienced at any store
Sutherland's in Casper need not worry about me darkening their door ever again. I'm quite sure they won't though because they didn't seem to want my business in the first place. They were condescending and unprofessional. The greatest part is that they are the closest building supply store to an entire remodel I'm doing in Paradise Valley. I drove all the way across town to the box stores and will continue to do so regardless of their proximity to any of my jobs.
I bought every equipment what I needed. No complaints.
Came here for a special bit Walmart didn't have. Asked the staff where I could find the drill bits and they walked me over there and helped me find it. My only gripe is that the normal version of this bit is 79 cents at the front desk, the only difference between the one up there and the one I got is that there is a hole drilled in the middle of it. The price? $2. For one bit. A bit crazy but not really their fault. Overall positive experience.
