During my holiday the last two weeks, I had pain in my right foot so decided to get it checked at Lifecare Sutherland on my return as I had a half marathon soon. Dana listened to all my concerns - she was great in examining my foot and recommending scans for a more thorough check. Sadly, it turns out I had a stress fracture so really appreciate Dana's help in diagnosing it and giving me the support needed. Definitely recommended Lifecare as with the urgency of my foot, they acted quickly, professionally and supportively!

Following a broken leg I was referred to Lifecare Sutherland Physiotherapy by my surgeon for treatment. I was looked after by Alex who spent time to understand the injury and what so of physio I needed. Spent several weeks under Alex’s care resulting in an increase in mobility while reducing pain and swelling. I have no hesitation in recommending Lifecare and in particular Alex, he is excellent and a really nice guy.
I saw Alex for a work-related injury, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the start, the environment was welcoming and professional, and Alex made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, I saw great results and was able to get back to work feeling stronger and more informed about how to manage and prevent future issues. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive physiotherapist!
