Sutherland’s do better. What is the point in giving your store a $700 transaction if you can’t even offer good customer service?? The floor employees need to offer help, not just walk by and pretend they didn’t see you trying to get an item that needs to be cut. Hire people that know how to give customer service and have knowledge about the items that are being sold. By the way, giving a 1 is way too much. I only gave one because that’s the only way I could give a review.

This place has great service when it comes to cashiers at the front. Hardware guys are clueless and lumber hands are lazy to say it nicely. Every time I go in can’t get any help in lumber a heavier set guy is normally sitting around at the counter was again when I went in today. There is a nice Hispanic guy always running to help out. Hardware people had to ask several other people where an Item was. They could use more training.
