I had the best massage this week with James Alberto. Not only was he able to focus and treat my troubled areas but he also walked me through what to do after the appointment. Provided me with some exercises that I could use to continue to see progress. He’s so thorough, asks questions throughout but makes sure it’s also a relaxing experience. I am so happy with my experience with Matthew Lai. I needed a deep tissue massage for all the pain I had been experiencing and he delivered! He listened when I communicated that I needed less pressure in some areas. I highly recommend Matthew and I wish him super success in his career
I have visited couple of times. Both times with James Stephen Alberto. His acute skill is bar-none. He asks and listens to one’s issues and concerns and curates treatment each visit. Not the cookie-cutter service. He efficiently allocates time to parts that needed most attention. Even areas that I miss to address, he pinpoints and tends to. I genuinely recommend him and his deep tissue massages.
