An item of my late granddads ended up in this shop from a house clearance company. Sussex up cycling shared it on Instagram, I saw it and instantly recognised the missing item - I explained the situation and asked to buy. They agreed and said to come down. When my husband came to buy it, they had sold it. Really heart breaking as they knew we wanted to buy it - it was a small nutcracker that was only £10, so unsure why they chose to sell it knowing the story behind it and having agreed to sell it to me. What a shame.
