I spoke to Brook Today I told her what was going on and the help I needed and straight away she asked me questions that had nothing to do with what i had said. She didnt listen to a thing i had said... PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO PEOPLE WHO CALL YOUR SERVICE...as like me they are going thru a lot and need help.. I DONT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER ASK FOR HELP FROM THEM AGAIN
