I am not the type to leave a review but feel it necessary to express just how grateful my husband and I are for everything Sussex Damp Experts have done for us. We have had countless builders in that haven’t been able to fix the damp patches on our dining room wall. Straight away Steve identified that this was moisture in the air attracting to salt from a removed chimney! Jack and Robbie completed the recommended work very impressively and efficiently.
Wouldn't recommend. The admin assistant gave us several dates for a survey that didn't exist so it took a while to even get booked in, then the guy spent 10 minutes at the house looking at woodworm which cost us £144. He guessed at the works which needed doing because there was carpet down... but said that the entire ground floor and stairs would probably need treating 'based on his experience'. We recently had damp proofing works carried out at our cottage in Petworth. Alex attended for an initial damp survey and provided expert knowledge and professional advice, along with a competitive quote. The work was carried out to an outstanding standard and we are so pleased with the outcome. Adam, the site manager, ensured everything went smoothly and the work was perfect.
