Megan is absolutely wonderful! I have sent her multiple items to preserve for me now and they have all turned out excellent. She is easy to communicate with and makes the process so seamless!
My wife and I made the last minute decision to preserve her bouquet and Megan with Suspended In Time did an amazing job! Very professional and worked with us on this time sensitive project due to the health of the flowers. She turned my wife’s bouquet into something we’ll cherish forever. Would recommend Suspended In Time with any and all preservation needs!
After mentioning my concerns she proceeded to actually yell at my husband and I. She was so irate that her husband had to talk to mine instead and admitted to doing the work himself. To clarify there was never an offer to remake my items. 5 months after because I still think about my products and how disappointed I am in the professionalism. So I finally took the dive to make my review.
Megan did such a beautiful job with my wedding bouquet. it’s so special to be able to see something that wasn’t meant to last forever recreated in different art forms for you to look at and pass down forever. my wedding bouquet was huge, and filled with unique florals ranging from chrysanthemums and stargazer lillie’s to mums and willow tree stems and megan captured every single one beautifully. i will be going back!!
My flowers turned out beautiful, but I did not have a very good customer experience. Despite that, the finished product was worth it since it is the only option in the metro.
