I was arrested in Boca Raton in maybe 2004 at a concert. Hired Alan Geesey and he told me to take an Adjudication Withheld and said if I just did probation, at the end of probation, all charges would disappear. He knew I had been arrested once prior to this Boca arrest. I haven’t had any legal issues in 15 years, but despite Geesey saying the FL charges would be dropped after completing probation, he lied to me.
