Yes, she comes across as nice, but please be careful if you’re considering using this service. In my experience, instead of helping, she took my money and left me in a worse financial situation. I felt like no real work was done on my behalf, and the result was only more IRS debt and stress. If you’re an average, everyday person just trying to get help with your tax issues, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for someone who will truly act in your best interest.

Sally lacks professionalism, exploits people, and overcharges them. I strongly advise against her services. Based on my experience, I consulted another tax accountant whose calculations were logical, and she acknowledged Sally's inaccuracies and dishonesty in her work.
