Susan painted our dog from a photo altgough she met her in person. She added the background from another area in our yard. We are super pleased with the painting and have taken it for framing. The photograph is on the left and the painting is on the right. Just ignore the shadow in the left corner of the painting, that is wax paper which covered the painting for transport.
