He claims he cannot pick me up, when i am 6 minutes away from him, it shows it on google might aswell use a different service, he says “Sorry no” then hangs up everytime
There appeared to be a handful of unprofessional and likely illegal business practices. I suggest getting a rental car instead.
If I could leave a zero, I would. A couple of our guests needed a ride to Reno, he told me he would be here at 3, then 4, I called at 4:30 and he claimed his car suddenly broke down. There flight is scheduled to leave at 7 from Reno. Horribly unprofessional!!! If you didn’t want to do it, JUST SAY SO!! At least then I could have tried to find an alternative solution. Horrible, just horrible. Sad this is the only gig in town. ZREO STARS!
Awesome service! We were stranded at night along a busy road with two toddlers because our truck broke down. I'm so grateful for the owner's quick response and willingness to fit us in between a call he was on because of the urgency. He was so kind and helpful. Truly grateful for our experience with his taxi service.
