At the time of my visit Susan was recovering from the flu and under the weather, thoughtfuly warning me to keep my distance, I laid out my quilt for her advice. Graciously she advised me that her machine could not do what I wanted and she then got on the phone to reached out to others who could. I appreciate her going beyond her own interests to meet mine. I left with a very positive feeling about doing business with her in the future.

Susan is unparalleled in her attention to detail. She is brilliant in her offerings for thread choice, both for top and back stitching. And her service in whether to attach binding for hand stitching or completely is unmatched. She truly is the platinum standard for long arm quilters!

Susan’s work is extraordinary. She is very professional. She guides you through the planning process from selecting thread color, quilt pattern and binding attachment options. I’m not an experienced quilter so I appreciate her attention to detail and help with the decision making process. She made my quilt look fantastic and professional. I can’t say enough about her as a person and professional. We are so lucky to have her in the business She’s actually motivated me to keep quilting !
