I really enjoyed my session with Susan. It is not the kind of hypnosis you see on TV. We started by talking for a long time, getting down to the roots of what core beliefs are holding me back. I found the conversation in itself to be very valuable--- it was like a having a deep talk with an old friend. She is very wise and encouraging. This was my first experience with hypnosis and I was skeptical and nervous. But I was so desperate after having tried numerous other things with no relief that I finally decided to give hypnosis a try. And I'm so thankful I did! Susan is kind, warm and intuitive. She is also amazing at finding the root of the issue and then addressing it through coaching and hypnosis. A decade-long issue with poor sleep and insomnia is now gone. This has been a life changing experience and I cannot recommend Susan enough.
