My husband and I had been following Susan’s work for at least a year when were able to acquire Subway Sonnet #77. We were fascinated by the detail in the work and the story the piece told. Although we loved the pictures online we were completed bowled over when it arrived. The online pics only tell part of the story. We are still discovering little mysteries in the work and that is very exciting. We are so thrilled to have this piece and love having it in our home. Thank you Susan!
I have purchased several paintings from Susan Washington. I am an art collector and had the good fortune to find her work through a friend who owns an art gallery, and recommended that I buy paintings directly from Susan online. I love all four paintings, two large that complement each other, and two small pieces. Her work is gorgeous, and you will not be disappointed because they look even better in person than they do on your screen! I highly recommend this artist!
