If you are looking for attention to detail and personal care I would not recommend this company. After securing our business of notarizing the documents to sell our condo, they gave us to their incapable assistants who made multiple mistakes (entering the incorrect mortgage number twice and asking us to waste 2 hours of our time to go into the bank for a physical transcript then forgetting to add an important strata document into our final order to pay). Without going into too much detail, we were shown a gesture by Rosalyn that not many people do. Given our circumstances, she offered to slash service price by half without us asking. What a kind and thoughtful person!!
