I had a disappointing experience while seeking help with my personal and business taxes. Upon arrival for my 11 AM appointment, I was met with a cold reception and felt dismissed. The staff member informed me that the receptionist that booked my appointment was "obviously not there" and ultimately said she couldn't assist me because of me having a business. We were very grateful to find such kind, patient, and informative tax preparers for my elderly mother in law. There were so many things that we needed to get in order for her being her caregivers. They really took all the anxiety out of this task! The staff here are extremely knowledgeable in SO many areas. They don't just "do your taxes", they invest in their clients.
