My experience at Susan Rose with the sales staff and the seamstress, Diana, was a pleasure. After going to about 4-5 other stores in South Florida, I found they had a great selection of dresses. They worked with me to find the dress that was within my price range, within my comfort style and fit the occasion. They were helpful, encouraging, and professional. ZERO STARS FOR SURE!! I had to follow-up the reply to my review from the store owner!! Yikes, she called the $2,500 dollar designer ball gown i showed her the picture of me in, a prom dress? Yikes, that gives you an idea of the condescending person the owner of the store is!! The dress was at a gorgeous bridal shop in Boca and it was spectacular!! Just more hen what I wanted to spend.
