I was fortunate to have Susan as my first painting teacher. Now, years later, I still rely on the concepts and techniques she taught to start a painting and power through the difficult middle stages where a painting is neither one thing nor another. Any time I start to lose confidence in my initial vision, I recall her cheerful reassurance and positive problem solving approach. She's not only a great artist and teacher but a lovely human being as well.

I have been taking oil painting classes with Susan for over a year now! I have made so much progress and I love her style of teaching! Not only she is an amazing artist but also a masterful teacher. I have moved here from Australia 2 years ago and I am very grateful to have found her 🙏
