Susan is amazing! She was super helpful, very friendly, and such a hard worker (she went above and beyond what she was supposed to do) -- and the responses she gave us were so helpful, if we have legal issues in the future we definitely plan to look for her again. She also has a ton of experience and is very knowledgeable about law, and makes the (very) complicated Virginia law so easy for us to understand and comprehend. VERY highly recommended!
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Very timely in her response, I appreciated her honesty and enjoyed talking with her.
Not much to go on.. I liked the reviews, so wanted to check. Couldn’t find the entrance so called; first answer was muffled / unintelligible so I I started over with ‘hello’. She said something like a greeting, although I still didn’t know if I had a residence or business. Once established I had the right number, I asked for the location and was informed she only saw appointments. By this point, it seemed to me she didn’t want new business so I said good by and moved on.
This woman is amazing. Not only was she able to help me with my case, but she even went so far as to let me know that I don't even really need to hire her. She cares more about what's going on with with the people involved than she does about the money she could easily make. I was able to have a consultation with her and it ended with me feeling confident and empowered because of everything I learned from her. I would hire her over anyone in a heart beat.
