Susan's lack of professionalism, empathy & honesty in caring for clients is a disgrace to all guardians. She has never spent more than 5 minutes with my grandmother in almost a 2 year span, does not call her & has kept all financial records from family and legal parties despite being asked multiple times where the clients funds are. If I could also put less than 1 star I would. This Attorney has no heart , and could care less about the elderly. She will say what you want to hear , then turn around and do what she wants. She does not listen to the client and what her wishes are. She does what she wants! She doesn’t communicate well at all , she is heartless to family members in this very hard situation. She really should not be a guardian for any family members. I wish I never ever placed her as my mother’s guardian.

If I could put less than one star I would. This woman complained in front of her own client about the lack of money she will be making from them. She refuses to answer calls in regards to concerns. She has made it known that she is only REQUIRED to spend 5 hours a month with her clients for whom she is a GUARDIAN for and is clearly agitated when asked to do any more than that. DO NOT let this woman be your loved one's guardian. She put my family through hell and did not care at all about my mother's well being. She should not be allowed to be a guardian to anyone.
