Very lovely person, cares about her clients.
I feel absolutely terrible for the people of Dare County as there is a major shortage of family attorneys. Ms. Harman displayed no interest in advocating for my rights / best interest nor do I believe she was knowledgeable enough to do so. If you have to hire in Dare County for custodial services try Ms. Simmons and if you have a complex case and she is not available PLEASE I encourage you seek professional assistance off the island. Incompwtant lawyer. Made a 13,000 dollar mistake in m5 divorce case and never made it right. And still wanted to charge me hourly. Do not hire her.
