My aunt went to her with concerns about protecting her property. She did not do that in fact the documents she had my aunt sign did the exact opposite. I had an appointment for a will consultation with Ms. Giacoletto. I waited in the waiting room 40 minutes past my scheduled time until I was finally able to speak with her. I requested that my daughter be in the room during our conversation, and was told this was forbidden. I asked why, and Susan snapped that she refused to have this conversation in the lobby and told me that I didn’t have to have the consultation. She was very helpful in explaining different trusts. She advised me on what to consider and do prior to retaining her for a will, a trust and POA for myself.
The rest of the reviews on here are true. I retained Susan almost 2 months ago and have nothing to show for it. She missed multiple appointments and is now refusing to contact me back via email (because I need a paper trail) and will not issue me a refund for a very simple contract and quick claim deed I paid for. Highly do NOT recommend. I will see you in person tomorrow Susan for my refund.
