This attorney was very pleasant to my wife and I. She was very helpful and professional. She created several legal documents for us and explained every paragraph to us. After all documents were explained to us, she gave us the originals and an extra copy. I would highly recommend her.

My aunt went to her with concerns about protecting her property. She did not do that in fact the documents she had my aunt sign did the exact opposite. Now that my aunt has passed I’ve been trying to contact the attorney to find out how to rectify the exact thing my aunt was afraid. The attorney has not returned all of my many messages left with her receptionist. Who by the way processed to give me her opinion on the matter. I had an appointment for a will consultation with Ms. Giacoletto. I waited in the waiting room 40 minutes past my scheduled time until I was finally able to speak with her. I requested that my daughter be in the room during our conversation, and was told this was forbidden. I asked why, and Susan snapped that she refused to have this conversation in the lobby and told me that I didn’t have to have the consultation.
