Susan was a wonderfuly caring Coach. She truly cared about helping us find some resolve through very challenging times. Susan seemed to be very knowlegable, nuetral to all parties involved and had great insight on how to deal with tough relationships. Susan was very easy to talk to, gave great advice and made very real decisions. Highly recomend her services!
I only met this parenting consultant once, but the damage she did to my family is going to take a very long time to repair.
Susan Carpenter is not only ineffective as a parenting consultant, but her practices are dishonest. After a year of engaging with her, our family was far worse off than when we made the mistake of appointing her. Parenting consultants are supposed to help to alleviate family conflict, but Ms. Carpenter instead made our situation far worse by her many false, confusing and misleading statements, by punishing us with retaliatory and vindictive policies, and with her generally unprofessional and downright unhinged behavior.
