My step father recently moved to Redding and did not know very many people there. He was connected to Ms Lloyd, CPA for the handling of his annual taxes. Ms Lloyd took the extra time to explain things to my step father, making him very at ease with the process. As he is getting older, he prefers to have assistance these days with them and sometimes has difficulty hearing. Ms Lloyd was patient, understanding and kept him informed, which reduced his stress. Highly recommend.
