They sent the wrong shoe. No one picks up when you call customer service and they dont email you back. Its feels like a scam.
Buyer beware: I was served both an Instagram and Facebook ad for an adult sized New Balance 327. Upon clicking the link, the eCommerce portion also had an adult sized image as the thumbnail and no clear indication that it was a Grade School size. I received said pair and to my disbelief, it was a grade school sized pair of NB 327s. I emailed support for a refund but they said all they could do was offer store credit / exchange without shipping being covered even though it was their mistake. They do not ship product. Website says 3-4 days... It has been over a month and I received zero correspondence from company. I contacted them and they offered no response to why my product didn't ship. Its a ***** Do not shop here.
