I received my survey report yesterday, and I must say — the report itself was perfect and professionally done, and I have no issues with the quality of the report. However, the overall customer service experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I received my report in 6 working days ( the time frame is 5-8 working days). ******** I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and strongly advise others to avoid them. Highly professional and useful! Surveyor Sorted done an excellent job for our Level 3 survey. The communication was clear and efficient, so there was no nonsense and we got exactly what we needed. The details, revealed on the survey report, helped us negotiate £15k off our initial offer and it provided us with clear intel on how to refurbish our new home. Our experience using survey sorted was excellent. We opted for the level 3 survey which was extremely thorough and very useful when considering our house purchase. Jazz was went out of his way to be available at a time that suited us and explained the report brilliantly. 100% recommend.
