The staff at the St Pete office are absolutely TERRIFIC!! Knowledgeable and friendly ALL the time. My only complaint is with the company. I’ve used your products for 4 years-. I feel like they’re superior to the other dispensaries. Unfortunately, you have been without a tincture oil (Serene) and gels for months at the St Pete location. I am about to finish my last bottle. What is the hold up w the Serene product????
I always have a great experience at Surterra Saint Pete! The staff is incredibly considerate of their patients’ time, and the process is always smooth and efficient. The facility itself is spacious, well-organized, and has something for everyone, which makes every visit even better.
