Friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door.
I’m finicky and I keep returning. They have a pretty wide selection and the flwr is good. What I don’t like is that most of their flwr is packed in bags rather than little jars or containers but definitely a lot less waste so if you’re mindful of that, this is a win. I find the terps and % levels seem to differ, online compared to what you actually receive and sometimes bags are packed +/- a tenth of a g off. I came in to purchase some flower yesterday and had the most pleasant and uplifting experience with the front desk associate, her name is Hannah she is amazing give her a raise!
Love the guys here ! I see them enough but they are always so polite and informative. I never feel rushed. They know their products they remember their customers and they have one of the best FLOAT FS carts esp if you buy the FLOAT battery with it. Love it.
Raymond was the highlight of stopping into Largo Surterra today. I had a tiny issue but he was able to fix it for me. Very kind & helpful. Perfect energy for customer service. Thanks again Raymond! 😊
