A friend gave me a Groupon - they didn't answer the phone then when they eventually did after a couple of tries, I was told they were closed for renovations with no idea when they'd be reopening. I told 'the receptionist' that there is an add online for their business using Groupon and should be removed if they weren't open and didn't have a date for re-opening. I bought a Groupon 5 months ago and I couldn’t redeem it as they never answer the phone to make an appointment !!!!!!
We bought a few Groupons for this place - the first time I called, the person who answered seemed surprised by my call, and told me the shop was closed due to COVID, but would re-open in January. Just tried to re-book - no answer on either phone number, but no info on the website. Maybe permanently closed?
Shop has nice decor, clean, soothing music. Annie was amazing. Booked her again for this Thursday
