I visited Wireless Solution in Surrey to look at some tablets, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The owner was rude, had a negative attitude, and seemed to ignore us throughout our visit. On the other hand, the staff members were polite and respectful, and I appreciate their professionalism. We bought IPTV from Surrey Wireless, and it completely stopped working after just two days. While technical glitches can happen, their absolute refusal to resolve the issue is completely unacceptable. It has now been three months, and we still do not have a working service. I have called them multiple times. On the rare occasion that I am actually lucky enough to get a hold of someone, they always promise to call me back—but I never hear from them again.
