I LOOOOVE this place! It's my second home!
My Mother booked a ride a week ahead of time. She called them to confirm, before her ride. They told her, she had been bumped for medical rides that took higher priority. She had called them! They had not bothered to call her. She was stuck. She had to cancel her appointment. Fortunately, she was not charged for canceling, or this would have been even worse. What a terrible way to treat someone who is relying on you.
