Jason was such a pleasure to deal with. The company is under new ownership and they have a number of really helpful and knowledgable staff. They got a new CCTV and alarm system sorted for us at our new home with no fuss and great efficiency.. I would definitely recommend them
Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with, and that's quite an accomplishment. Job wasn't completed in the time described, they broke our back door, they left rubbish everywhere (including in the street outside our shop). The engineers didn't turn up when supposed to, and then several different outrageous claims were made about why the engineer didn't arrive. We had an issue with our alarm and could not get our contracted security firm out for 3 days and they were trying to sell us an expensive upgrade. Surrey Security were able to come out within hours and sorted the problem out without any fuss. Thanks for being so efficient and saving my business thousands of pounds. Their engineer, Gary, is very knowlegeable and easy to deal with
Called them out over the Easter weekend when my place was broken into. They were brilliant, sorted out a new alarm system and CCTV within 24 hours. I feel safer now and I cannot praise them enough for their work
