Highly recommend working with Vik and his team! I bought a condo in Whistler through my business and Vik worked with me to get a loan from a bank at a very good rate. Did not realize this type of lending existed until our first phone call. They looked at my business bank statements instead of only looking at my tax returns, to give me an edge.
