I received an approval within a day or so and got an amazing rate from a reputable lender. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends and family and look forward to working with them on my next mortgage.

Finally a broker who delivered results. The past 6 years all I could get was a 1 year mortgage over 5%. I was tired of renewing every year with a new broker. Self employed makes it difficult to finance. Dean Moro got me a 3 year 4.1%. Took out 95k in equity and still have a lower payment. Thank You Dean, for all your hard work and patience in securing this mortgage.
