literally the worst bank cash app is better then this the app never works wanna send money at night your just out of luck cause the “bank has to be open to send money” try to order food they lock your card and you can’t sign back into your account at all this is genuinely the worst bank i’ve ever used i will be closing my account and going back to wells fargo cause this is genuinely sad the app is always “having maintenance” and nothing updates or loads.
I needed to open a new bank account and the manager made it process quick and easy for me. When I needed to open a savings account later on, she helped me with that as well. Great customer service.
Excellent customer service. Called the bank and the hispanic young lady helped me immediately. I am glad I opened my accounts here.
I went in to help my Mother open a bank account, young Hispanic women was incredibly rude to me. Now neither my Mother, Me or my wife will be doing banking here, we took all our business to First National Bank of Elkin just across the street. Better banking, better staff and certainly better customer service 👍
