I’m not trying to be mean but this bank has went EXTREMELY down hill. The last time I went in person, I waited 20 minutes at the window while the other line got 3-4 cars out. A lady asked me what I needed to do, I told her. 10 minutes later another lady asked me the same question. They literally had no idea what was going on. So instead of going to the bank this time- we tried to deposit the check through the mobile app. It’s been almost 4 days and it still has not went through.
