They were courteous quick and reliable! The car was clean and what we expected. We were in and out quickly.
I am compelled to report what appears to be a deliberate and systematic scheme to exploit customers. Upon returning the rental vehicle, I was falsely accused of causing damage that was clearly pre-existing damage that had been acknowledged by their own staff member at the time of pickup. Rather than addressing this discrepancy, the company moved forward with baseless charges, suggesting a calculated attempt to defraud.
