Jean LaTerz and I attended a free Estate Planning 101 presentation conducted by Rebecca S. Spinner, Esq., an attorney with Surprenant, Beneski & Nunes, P.C.. We were very impressed with the clear and concise information Rebecca provided. We had the opportunity to have a consultation with Rebecca and chose to hire the Firm to craft and execute our Estate Plan. Jean and I look forward to our partnership with Rebecca and the Firm.
Attorney Daniel Suprenant was extremely thorough and explained each document and goals for establishing our family trust. He and his staff were very professional and promptly responded to any and all questions that my wife and I posed to them throughout this planning process.
I found the firm very efficient and professional, both in person and via email. I was especially pleased to work with Atty Spinner. One of the things that attracted me to the firm in the first place was their being welcoming to the LGBTQ community, and that turned out to be completely the case, as I worked on updating legal documents for my partner and myself. And the prices were exactly what I thought they should be!
