Worst experience here. This company is completely unprepared to help, or deal with anything in a professional manner. After selling us a botched couch and love seat (we had to lift it on our truck ourselves, because why would a surplus furniture store help lift furniture? also no delivery? 😂) , they refused to compensate us for time and gas wasted. The cherry on the cake is … one of the workers said “what do you think we are, the salvation army?” when we asked for help and (appropriate) compensation. That’s real nice. W... read more
