Update: As you can see they’ve commented on this review. I did as they asked and connected them about this issue. Still no response from them whatsoever. I guess customer satisfaction doesn’t mean a damn to them at all. I purchased a bed from them 5 years ago and the mattress and box spring had a 10 year warranty. The mattress is now full of dips and dents and is extremely uncomfortable now so I decided to check on the warranty. I started this process back in March of this year. Amanda was amazing to deal with, easy and knowledgeable!
Quality of furniture horrible…tot think is spent 8k in this store for crappie furniture is diabolical. I am not satisfied with any of the items I got from them. Arm of couch was broken, although they came back to fix it but still felt , bed had scratches and started to peel off. Same with TV stand. Do make same mistake.
