Recently bought a bedroom set and now making payments on a sectional and mattress. Customer Service is great and the guy Blake S was great to deal with offering specular Customer Service
Experienced the WORST customer service here. The staff there are friendly enough but do nothing to help you once you purchase something. I purchased a bedroom set on Dec 30 and the dresser wasn't in stock so had to be ordered in. They said I should have it in two weeks for sure. It is a month later and I still do not have it. I understand shipping delays, etc. but the issue is that nobody in the store I've spoken to is willing to help. They keep telling me that they have "nothing to do with the ordering", and they won't make... read more
