Major customer service miss at this location. We recently visited this store while searching for a full bedroom set. We had put it off for years, but with a baby on the way and a real need to organize and de-clutter, we finally decided it was time. Upon entering, we were greeted by a gentleman who introduced himself as the manager. He walked us to the bedroom sets, which was appreciated. I would like to share a negative experience at this location today November 4,2025 around 6-7pm.We purchased a sofa set and was delivered in our house but unfortunately because of the length, the delivery guy was not able to put inside our house so they decided to return to the shop and we need to pay for the fee which we did. We decided to come back to check other brand that will fit in our house.
