I purchased a firm mattress from the Moncton location less than three weeks ago, and unfortunately it has already started to lose its firmness. It has become soft and uncomfortable to sleep on, which is very disappointing given that I specifically chose a firm mattress for proper support. Chris is the manager at this store. He is a amazing person had a small issue with furniture and he rectified it immediately. Excellent customer service.
Chris and his team are fantastic. My wife and I have purchased quite a bit of furniture from the Moncton outlet and we have always been happy with everything. I highly recommend them.
