Called earlier in the week end of March and was promised to have an answer by Thursday or Friday so I was calm the whole time but It’s Friday night and still no email with an update. Well I’ll be calling head office on Monday to make a complaint about this shitty customer service making promises they don’t intend on keeping and the whole experience.
