Mo was great. He was very kind to my dad with listening to what my dad was looking for. He made us aware of the warranty & made sure that we had the mattress protector. We were able to set up delivery for same day, including having removal of the old mattress.
we needed a mattress same day (first mistake) so we decided to come here (second mistake). was greeted by a friendly salesman, decided to pay 350$ on a bamboo double mattress as the one in the showroom felt like i was laying on a cloud, it was very comfortable. fast forward to getting home and opening it, it was nothing at all like the one in the showroom. felt like i was sleeping on a rock. that was the first red flag. the second red flag was that it was missing the materials tag placed on mattresses and pillows as instruct... read more
