My partner and I recently went to purchase our first couch, when we walked in we were nicely welcomed by the manager and he helped us find the perfect couch. He took the time to take the measurements and explain a couple of things to us. We were stuck between 3 choices so we stepped away for a few minutes, went and grabbed a coffee and came back. Many years ago when the Surplus Furniture store opened, we purchased a small sectional, coffee and side tables and a bedroom dresser. I have everything still except the sectional. Over 10 yrs ago now. We came back today because the next generation needs a dresser and nightstand. The customer service was wonderful. We were able to view furniture without being hassled.
