Came to the city on a mission for a new bed, also had to hit UFA for farm things, the wiggly arm man sucked us in to this matress store. Upon walking in we were met by Joseph and his co coworker (so sad I cant remember his name) they were awesome, so helpful knew exactly what we should try based on what we described. Went with a bed in a box that came with a set. Buyer beware! Bought a recliner couch and loveseat set from here, and what a mistake that was. We haven’t even had the set for 3 full years yet, and the loveseat is ready for the dump. The frame for the recliner has twisted/collapsed so badly you have to force it to recline, and you can literally shake the seat back and forth. We had bought extended warranty but because it wasn’t reported within 30 days, we got told to kick rocks basically. How do you report a gradual decline like that in a timely manner? Great customer service and very informative!
Worst customer service, got a dresser for a present and it was the wrong dresser. Manager wouldn't even exchange it or refund. Very rude speaking. Doesn't care about customer service at all. Will never be stepping foot in there. My advice go somewhere that will appreciate your service. This is not the place
