Great customer service, they were very helpful, giving us options for the type of couch we could get close to our price range and even sent us home with a throw pillow to see if the color worked in the house and a measuring tape to make sure it would fit.
We ordered a sectional and when we got it to our house, we realized it didn't fit our space the way we wanted it to. Surplus furniture was amazing helping us rectify the problem. They were willing to do a number of different things to make sure we were happy. In the end, Patrick helped us find the best possible solution. And now we love our new space.

We just moved to Medicine Hat from Ontario and we’ve been looking everywhere for couches. This was one of the first places we looked and were sold almost immediately. We made a $20 refundable deposit on a sofa, and went around town to explore options. These guys have great customer service and honestly the best prices I’ve seen so far in town. Better than Leon’s, Brick, Costco, IKEA and a few others. I highly recommend.
