Bought a couch 1 year ago. Bought the extended warranty. Couch springs broke shortly after purchase. After many emails and attempts to get it fixed using the extended warranty, still waiting. What a joke. Do not buy anything from this store. Manager drags his heels and doesn't communicate with customers.
