Went in to Surplus on Wednesday looking for a specific leather loveseat that was on their website. They did not have that 1 but offered me a different 1 @ the same price! The gang there are a pleasure to deal with,was able to pick it up EXACTLY when they said it would be ready. A really great and easy experience:)

purchased my furniture from Surplus furniture, Medicine Hat and Surplus sold me Serveco extra protection plan. I would strongly advise against purchasing a protection plan from Serveco. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a five-year protection plan from Surplus furniture expecting peace of mind in case something went wrong.
