When you pay over 3000.00 for a love seat and sofa set , you don't expect it to need a replacement through a purchased 200.00 - 5 year extended warranty plan , Now 2 years later the new Kempton Brand second set replacement is falling apart. Good thing we purchased another extended policy on the second set . Now waiting to hear back if our extended 5 year plan is going to replace the set again.(We will keep you posted / January 28 and still no response on our purchased 5 year warranty plan to take care of the repair or replac... read more
