Terrible young staff not coming back.
I honestly couldn't believe how rude the staff were. They sold me an item that didn't work and had parts missing and then treated me very disrespectfully and they were talking about me personally behind the door in a very rude manner. It's pretty terrible that people are so entitled these days and lack custom service skills along with respect and accountability.

I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought a chair yesterday and specifically asked the salesperson to move it into better light so I could see it clearly. She assured me that if there were any marks, the chair would be discounted. When my husband picked it up, he didn’t notice the gouge on the back leg. I called Ollie, the manager, to ask about an exchange or a discount, but he refused to help.
