I just finished several weeks of physical therapy (PT) with Dr. Jodi Remsen of TeleRehab Physical Therapy, LLC for lower back/hip pain/discomfort. I switched to Jodi because of COVID 19. My previous PT therapists had beds far too close for comfort. This was an excellent decision because I had personalized virtual PT with Dr. Remsen. Unfortunately over the past two years I have had to have physical therapy for my lower back, then a broken shoulder, and finally for recovery after a lumbar fusion. All of this was pre COVID and I was able to have it done on site in a hospital outpatient clinic. Then 4 months ago my surgeon recommended that I have additional therapy on both my shoulder and back to reduce my pain and strength my body.
